The sleeping arrangements include a comfortable double bed, a single bed, and a pull out double sofa bed, making it ideal for couples, families, or small groups. The fully accessible wet room includes a step free shower, a toilet with space to the side for transfers, and modern, easy to use fittings, ensuring a relaxed and comfortable stay for guests with mobility needs.
The well equipped kitchenette provides everything required for a self catered break, including a two ring hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, and complete cookware and crockery for up to five guests. With heating, electricity, and a TV included, the cabin remains cosy and welcoming in every season.
Outside, guests can make full use of the level decked area with freestanding seating and a private, level lawn complete with a fire pit. It is an ideal spot for morning coffee, peaceful afternoons in nature, or stargazing by the fire in the evenings. The woodland surroundings create a serene backdrop, with deer and Highland cattle often seen roaming across the estate.
Despite its peaceful setting, Ambon is close to the charming coastal villages of the East Neuk, including Anstruther, Elie, and Pittenweem, as well as the historic town of St Andrews. The estate itself offers plenty to enjoy, with a Dutch barn communal area, Leaf Lounge hammock hangout, football pitch, table tennis, and swings. During summer, guests can also enjoy delicious handmade wood fired pizzas from the onsite brick oven on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
