Platform Navigation Summary & Where to Go Next
Now that your profile is set up and you know what you need to prepare, the next step is learning where everything lives within your dashboard. This guide shows you how to move around the platform confidently so you can add listings, manage bookings and update information whenever needed.
Your Dashboard — Your Control Centre
Once logged in, your dashboard is where you’ll access all management tools. You’ll typically find navigation options for:
- My Profile — update your avatar, details, social links and password
- Listings — create new listings, edit existing ones and add in your Ical sync
- Calendar/Availability — manage booking dates and block out unbookable periods
- Messages — reply to guest enquiries and maintain communication
- Reviews — view feedback from past guests and add external reviews for your property
- Settings/Account — control privacy, notifications and personal data
- Statistics — see how your listing is performing from listing views to click interactions
- Ad Campaigns — want to feature your property this is where you can book a featured slot whether it be on the search results, home page or advertisment banners.
If you are ever unsure where to go next — the dashboard is your home base.
Where to Add Your First Property
You will see a navigation menu option titled:
Add New Listing
This is where you’ll input your photos, description, accessibility details, rates and calendar. If you have followed the preparation steps in articles 1.3 and 1.4, creating your listing should be smooth and straightforward.
Where to Find & Manage Existing Listings
Under My Listings, you can:
- Edit titles, descriptions and pricing
- Upload new photos or remove old ones
- Update amenities or accessibility details
- Block out dates within the calander
- Pause or unpublish a listing at any time
- Duplicate listings if managing multiple similar properties
Your listings are never locked — you can adjust them whenever needed.
Messages & Guest Enquiries
All contact from guests will appear in your messages area. This is where you can:
- Respond to questions
- Send arrival information
- Manage conversations for upcoming bookings
Fast replies improve guest confidence and review outcomes.
Where to View Reviews and Feedback
Under Reviews, you can:
- Read guest feedback
- Monitor property performance
- Understand areas that could be improved
- Respond to reviews when needed
Positive reviews help drive more bookings, so managing feedback is key.
