Completing Your Owner Profile

Your Owner Profile is where you set up your personal or business identity on the platform. A completed profile helps guests recognise you, builds trust, and makes your listings more professional. Before adding properties, take a moment to personalise your account.

What You Can Edit on Your Profile

From the Profile page, you can update:

  • Avatar (profile image or business logo)
  • Display Name & Contact Name
  • Email Address & Phone Number
  • Social Media Links
  • Password

Any updates you make should be saved before leaving the page.


Adding an Avatar or Logo

Your avatar appears alongside your listings and messages.
A clear visual helps guests recognise you easily.

Recommended image styles:

  • High-quality and easy to see
  • Your face, business logo or a professional profile photo
  • No heavy filters or pixelated images

Updating Name & Contact Details

Make sure your information reflects how you wish to be seen by guests.

You may update:

  • Owner or business name
  • Preferred contact email
  • Phone number if you choose to display it

Keeping these details current ensures you don’t miss enquiries or booking updates.


Adding Social Links

If you have social profiles that represent your property or brand, you can add them to your profile. This may include:

  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • TikTok
  • Website or external booking page

Social links help build authenticity and can showcase real guest experiences.


Changing Your Password

You can change your password at any time through the same profile page.
For security, we recommend choosing a password that:

Avoids names, simple words or reused passwords

Includes upper and lowercase characters

Has at least 8–12 characters total
