Avocet Lodge features two spacious king-size bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, and a twin bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom. The lodge also includes an accessible wet-room with a step-free shower, fixed grab-rails for the WC and washbasin, a drop-down grab-rail for the WC, a static shower chair, an emergency cord, and a wheel-under washbasin.

Double doors lead to a level patio with outdoor dining furniture, providing access to large enclosed dog-friendly lawns. The lodge offers hard-standing parking with level pathways to the front entrance.

As part of White House Lodges in Heveningham village, Avocet Lodge is one of eight stylish lodges with shared leisure facilities. The site includes two other accessible lodges – Tawny Lodge (sleeps 3) and Napier Lodge (sleeps 8).
