The living room features level access to the kitchen area, making it easy to navigate between spaces. There is plenty of seating available, and the dining table is high enough to accommodate a wheelchair underneath, ensuring a comfortable dining experience.

In the kitchen, guests will find level access and a low-height oven, allowing easier use from a seated position. While most kitchen amenities can be reached from a seated height, some cupboards may be out of reach, but the overall design ensures that essential kitchen tasks are accessible.

Avocet Lodge features three accessible bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 are equipped with double non-profiling beds and offer ample space to the side of the beds for wheelchair users. Bedroom 3 includes twin non-profiling beds with plenty of space for easy movement.

The wet room is designed for full accessibility, offering a step-free shower, a shower chair, and a handheld shower attachment. Additional features include a wheel-under wash basin, handrails beside the toilet and wash basin for added support, and an emergency alarm for safety.

Outside, the property has level access to the surrounding areas, and on-site parking is available for convenience. Guests can enjoy the low-height table and chairs in the outdoor space, as well as grass areas and a pond for relaxation.
