The dining area is equipped with a large table and free-standing seating for ten, making it ideal for family meals or entertaining. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line amenities, including a double wall-mounted oven and a wine chiller situated in the centre island/breakfast bar, ensuring all your culinary needs are met.

On the lower ground floor, you’ll find the fourth bedroom, complete with its own ensuite for added privacy and convenience. This floor also features a large utility room with laundry facilities, making it easy to keep things clean and organized during your stay.

Adjacent to the main living area, a separate seated room offers additional relaxation space and opens out onto a sun deck, providing breathtaking views of the surrounding fields and the sea beyond. The property owners also have a second property located a short 5-minute walk away, although this property is not suitable for wheelchair users due to having no downstairs bedroom it is perfect for families or larger groups looking to holiday together for larger groups why not book both properties and enjoy a stay of up to 16 guests.

Rill House is a beautiful countryside property perfect for those larger parties and the dogs, having recently been refurbished in 2022 and awarded a silver Devon Tourism Award you can be sure to enjoy a peaceful retrat within the devon surrounds.
