On the ground floor, guests will find two versatile bedrooms that can be configured with either super king doubles or two single beds, ensuring flexibility for different group dynamics. Both rooms are equipped with ensuite shower facilities that feature a fixed rain head and height-adjustable shower head, providing a spa-like experience. One of these rooms is fully accessible, designed with a spacious wet room to accommodate guests with mobility needs. The other ground floor bedroom includes a walk-in shower, offering convenience and comfort.

The three upstairs bedrooms continue the theme of luxury and comfort, each furnished with a king-sized bed and their own ensuite facilities. These rooms are perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the beautiful Northumberland landscape.

The open-plan lounge and dining area is warm and inviting, with a wood burner in the lounge area that adds a touch of coziness. It features an upright fridge, a five-ring induction hob, two fan-assisted ovens, a dishwasher, and a microwave, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Additionally, a small utility room is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and upright freezer for your convenience.

Outside, the patio area offers panoramic views that stretch across the rolling countryside, providing a serene backdrop for relaxation or alfresco dining.
