Upon arrival, you’ll find step-free, level access from the parking area directly into the cottage, ensuring a seamless transition for those using wheelchairs or other mobility aids. The main living area is open-plan and accessible, featuring a comfortable double bed and a convertible sofa bed, with plenty of space to move around. There’s a travel cot available for families, and an air bed can be provided on request. Bedding and towels are supplied, so you can relax with all the essentials provided.

The kitchen is designed with accessibility in mind, equipped with a low-height oven and reachable amenities, making it convenient for seated guests. It includes a cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, toaster, and kettle, along with a range of cooking essentials.

In the wet room, the cottage features a spacious, step-free shower with a handheld shower attachment and a free-standing shower stool, perfect for those who need seated bathing. A wheel-under wash basin with a lever-style tap and transfer space beside the toilet offer additional accessibility, allowing all guests to enjoy a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

Outdoors, The Den’s level patio includes free-standing seating for enjoying the fresh countryside air, with level access to a parking area where an onsite Podpoint EV charger is available.
