The bright, open-plan living area is designed to be both welcoming and practical, with a two-seat sofa bed, armchair, and level access to the kitchen. The kitchen itself has been thoughtfully designed with accessibility in mind, featuring a low-height oven and amenities that can be easily reached from a seated position. While some cupboards may not be accessible from a seated position, the rest of the space provides ample room to maneuver. From the living area, patio doors open onto a wooden decked area, offering beautiful views of the communal village green, a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring.

The Coorie’s fully accessible wet room makes bathing a safe and practical experience, with a step-free shower, handheld shower attachment, a wall-mounted shower seat, and a wash basin with a lever-style tap. The spacious bathroom also includes a toilet with transfer space beside it and handrails within the shower and by the toilet for added security.

The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a single bed, with plenty of space around both beds for easy movement. The property’s layout ensures that guests with mobility challenges can move freely from room to room, making it an ideal choice for families or groups who require an accessible environment without sacrificing comfort.
