Guests can easily access The Gin Gang via level entry and convenient on-site parking, including space for a Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle (WAV). The ground floor has step-free access throughout, ensuring easy navigation between rooms. Outdoors, wheelchair-accessible pathways wind through gardens and lawned areas, with level decking beside the pond and a summer house for relaxing. Assistance dogs are welcome, allowing all guests to enjoy the property’s serene surroundings.

The ground-floor layout prioritizes spaciousness and maneuverability, featuring a large beamed lounge with three seating options, a log burner with raised surround, and a coffee table at the center.
