The bright, open-plan living area is designed to be both welcoming and practical, with a two-seat sofa bed, armchair, and level access to the kitchen. The kitchen itself has been thoughtfully designed with accessibility in mind, featuring a low-height oven and amenities that can be easily reached from a seated position. While some cupboards may not be accessible from a seated position, the rest of the space provides ample room to maneuver. From the living area, patio doors open onto a wooden decked area, offering beautiful views of the communal village green, a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring.

The Coorie’s fully accessible wet room makes bathing a safe and practical experience, with a step-free shower, handheld shower attachment, a wall-mounted shower seat, and a wash basin with a lever-style tap. The spacious bathroom also includes a toilet with transfer space beside it and handrails within the shower and by the toilet for added security.

The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a single bed, with plenty of space around both beds for easy movement.
