Cliffway features two bright bedrooms (sleeping up to five guests), an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space, and a large enclosed garden with sea views — perfect for relaxing, playing, or simply enjoying the fresh sea air. Double doors from the living room open almost flat against the outside walls, seamlessly connecting the inside space with the sunny garden. Parking is available either behind the property or in the lay-by opposite, and there is also a sheltered area ideal for storing bicycles, surfboards, or hanging laundry on sunny days.

Just a short 4–5 minute stroll from Totland Bay beach and The Waterfront Restaurant/Bar, Cliffway enjoys an unbeatable location for a beach holiday. The celebrated Hut Restaurant at Colwell Bay is a short and scenic coastal walk away, and Yarmouth ferry terminal is just a 10-minute drive. With a choice of shops, cafés, and beautiful coastal walks all within walking distance, it’s easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer without relying on the car.

The garden at Cliffway is a true highlight — a spacious, private retreat enclosed by picket fencing, trees, and hedges, offering both sunny spots and shaded areas under the trees. Guests of all ages love relaxing in the garden, watching the boats pass by, or dining outside as the sun sets over the water.
