Mellwater Barn comprises four accessible properties, with options of two-bedroom cottages that sleep up to four guests or one-bedroom cottages that sleep two. Each property is thoughtfully designed to cater to all needs, featuring stairlift or wheelchair lift access to the first floor, accessible bathrooms with either a roll-in shower or a bath with track hoist access, and kitchens equipped with accessible features.

The farm itself offers level access around all public areas, making it easy for guests to explore and enjoy their stay. To enhance the experience, each property comes with a Welcome Pack containing bread, milk, biscuits, jam, butter, cereal, chocolate, and a bottle of Shiraz, ensuring a warm and delightful welcome.
