Living Areas
All main living spaces are located on the ground floor and provide generous circulation space. Seating is arranged to allow easy movement, creating a relaxed and accessible environment for socialising and downtime.
Kitchen and Dining
The kitchen is designed with accessibility in mind, featuring a low height oven and central island suitable for seated use. Work surfaces, appliances, and dining areas are easily reached, though some upper cupboards may not be accessible for all guests.
Sleeping Areas
The ground floor bedroom offers a double or twin non profiling bed with transfer space exceeding one metre beside the bed and good clearance throughout. The first floor twin bedroom provides comfortable accommodation for additional guests who are able to use stairs.
Bathroom and Shower Facilities
The ground floor wet room includes a step free wheel in shower with handheld shower head, lever taps, and a wheel under wash basin. While the toilet is accessible, it does not provide side transfer space, which guests should consider when planning their stay.
Outdoor Areas
Level access leads to a patio area with freestanding outdoor furniture and open countryside views. The onsite swimming pool has stepped access.
Important Information
Udder Barn is suitable for wheelchair users and guests with limited mobility. The toilet does not offer side transfer space. Dogs are not permitted at this property.
