The lodge offers step-free, level entry, allowing straightforward access into the property for wheelchair users and guests with limited mobility. External areas are designed to be usable and include access to a private terrace.

Mountain Lodge is entirely arranged on a single level with wide doorways and internal sliding doors to support ease of movement throughout. Circulation space has been considered to allow wheelchair manoeuvring across living, sleeping, and bathroom areas.
Bedroom and Hoist Facilities
All bedrooms are located on the same level as the main living areas. The primary bedroom includes a profiling bed, bed guards, and a ceiling hoist to support assisted transfers. A mobile hoist is also available within the property. Transfer space beside the bed exceeds 1 metre, supporting wheelchair access and positioning.
Bathroom and Shower Facilities
The lodge includes a fully accessible wet room featuring a step-free, wheel-in shower, wheel-under wash basin, grab rails, handheld shower head, shower bench, and commode chair. These facilities support both independent and assisted use.
Kitchen Accessibility
The kitchen includes accessible features such as wheel-under kitchen counters, wheel-under wash basin, and low-height appliances. Talking kitchen scales and clear layout design further support independent use.
Additional Accessibility Features
The lodge includes braille labels and vibrating alarms to support guests with sensory impairments. Assistance dogs are welcome. Space for a wheelchair-accessible vehicle is available nearby.
