The layout allows smooth, level access throughout, leading directly to the spacious decking area with beautiful lake views. The adjacent galley-style kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering stays, with a mid-height oven, reachable appliances, and practical workspace. Some higher cabinets are out of reach from a seated position, but the design still prioritises accessibility and comfort. Egret Lodge features two inviting bedrooms designed for flexibility and relaxation. The master bedroom includes a comfortable king-size bed and a private ensuite shower room, while the second bedroom can be arranged as either twin or super king beds. A fully accessible wet room adjoins this space, featuring a step-free shower with a handheld attachment, a wheel-under sink with paddle-style taps, and a toilet with side transfer space and support rails for ease and safety. Outside, guests can enjoy level decking with a sunken hot tub, offering a peaceful spot to relax and take in the lake views. A ramp from the decking provides access to a grassy BBQ area beside the water, ideal for outdoor dining or evening drinks. Ramped access from the parking area ensures easy entry for all visitors. With assistance dogs welcome, on-site parking, and full accessibility throughout, Egret Lodge offers a calm and inclusive escape in the Cumbrian countryside. Located only a few minutes from local dining such as The Royal Oak, it is perfectly placed for exploring nearby attractions or simply enjoying a luxury accessible holiday in Cumbria surrounded by nature.
