Access and Layout
The caravan is single storey and wheelchair friendly, with ramped, step free access provided from the dedicated parking area to the main entrance. Inside, level flooring throughout allows easy movement between the living area, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathroom without internal steps or thresholds.

Dedicated parking is provided close to the caravan. Wheelchair friendly pathways connect the accommodation to public areas and on site facilities, including dining, entertainment, and leisure spaces. Accessibility for Other Areas
There is a beach within walking distance of Parkdean Cayton Bay Holiday Park, however access routes vary. One route includes stepped access, while the alternative route involves a longer walk with a steeper decline to reach the beach and a corresponding incline on the return. Guests seeking easier beach access may prefer Scarborough Beach, which is approximately a 10 minute drive away and offers wheelchair friendly access along with beach wheelchair hire during the season.
