Bay View is arranged to support step free movement throughout the main living spaces. Level access connects the living room, kitchen and dining area, allowing guests to move easily between rooms. Circulation space supports wheelchair use and assisted mobility.

The open plan living area includes two armchairs and a two seat sofa, arranged to maintain clear movement routes. Large windows provide sea views while maintaining level access throughout. The freestanding dining table allows flexible positioning for wheelchair users.
Kitchen
The galley-style kitchen includes a mid height oven and appliances positioned within reach for ease of use. Some upper cupboards are higher and may be out of reach for some guests. The layout allows practical meal preparation from a seated position.
Bedrooms
The property includes two accessible double bedrooms with clear space around the beds to support wheelchair movement and transfers. One double bedroom provides direct access to the conservatory, although guests should note there is a slightly raised threshold. A third single bedroom is also suitable for guests with mobility needs.
Wet Room and Bathroom Facilities
The fully wheelchair friendly wet room includes a step free shower with a handheld shower attachment and movable screen. The wash basin is wheelchair friendly, and handrails are positioned beside the toilet and within the shower area. The layout provides generous space for manoeuvring and assisted use.
