While it is laid out to be accessible, it is not a clinical or height adjustable kitchen. <strong>Bedroom with Profiling Bed and Hoist</strong> The super king bedroom includes a Theraposture electric profiling bed with orthopaedic mattresses, detachable cot sides and a quick release mechanism so carers can access both sides of the bed. An electric ceiling mounted track hoist is installed in this room and is rated up to 125kg. Guests must bring their own sling. <strong>Additional Bedrooms</strong> The double and twin bedrooms are also on the ground floor and are suitable for family members or carers who do not require specialist equipment. <strong>Wet Room</strong> The accessible wet room includes a wheel in shower, a fixed shower seat and handrails positioned to support safer washing and transfers. <strong>Outdoor Access</strong> The rear garden is enclosed and accessed via level thresholds from the conservatory. The patio and pathways are suitable for wheelchair and mobility aid use. <strong>Important Notes</strong> While the property has been adapted with widened doors, a wheel in wet room and ceiling hoist, not all furniture and fittings are DDA compliant.
