Set within 4 acres of picturesque pasture and woodland, the cottage also includes access to a private heathland across the lane. This area features a fully equipped bird hide overlooking the 450-acre RSPB Nature Reserve, perfect for bird watching, sketching, or simply unwinding with a drink while taking in the magnificent views and sunsets. The reserve boasts diverse habitats and leads to Eridge Rocks and Harrison’s Rocks, renowned for picnicking and rock climbing.
