Fawn Cottage, a recently converted modern barn, offers a spacious open-plan living area with accessible features, including an accessible kitchen, a bedroom with a profiling bed and ceiling hoist leading to an en-suite wet-room, an internal lift to the first floor, a private hot-tub with a hoist, and scenic countryside views. A diverse range of mobility equipment is also available for hire.

The ground floor features a well-lit living/dining/kitchen space with wide sliding doors that open onto a private patio with a hot-tub. The living room includes contemporary sofas, a Smart TV, a staircase leading to the first floor, an internal wheelchair-accessible lift, and a front door that opens to private parking. Additionally, a riser/recliner chair is available for hire.

The cottage’s modern kitchen includes a lowered/wheel-under sink, and a dining table with free-standing seating. A cloakroom WC is conveniently located on the ground floor.

Fawn Cottage has three bedrooms on the first floor, accessible by an internal lift. The accessible twin bedroom boasts an electric profiling bed, a second single bed, and a ceiling hoist leading to the en-suite wet-room with step-free shower, fixed grab-rail for the shower, a wheel-under washbasin, a drop-down grab-rail alongside the WC, and a selection of shower chairs.

A private terrace at Fawn Cottage includes a BBQ (available on request), an outdoor dining table with benches, and a log-fired private hot-tub with a tracking hoist.

Part of Windmill Barns, Fawn Cottage is one of three luxury accessible barn conversions, all equipped with electric profiling beds, ceiling hoists, accessible wet-rooms, accessible kitchens, private hot-tubs with hoists, and on-site support staff. Each cottage welcomes up to three dogs.

Guests at Windmill Barns share access to a large grassland area with picnic benches, a trampoline, swing ball, and ample space for ball games.

Additional equipment available for hire includes a mobile hoist, riser/recliner chair, WC standing frame, shower trolley, WC raiser, walking frame, second profiling bed, airflow mattress, bed bumpers, and floor mats.

Buck Cottage accommodates six guests in three bedrooms, while Roe Cottage accommodates four guests in two bedrooms (plus an additional sofa bed).

Situated atop Windmill Hill, Windmill Barns provides panoramic views of the Warwickshire countryside and is just three miles from the charming market town of Alcester.
