In addition, there is another double bedroom and an accessible twin bedroom with direct access to the parking area and an ensuite showroom equipped with a wheel-in shower.

The ground floor features a well-appointed kitchen and a dining room. This floor also includes an additional twin bedroom and a separate utility room equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

An internal lift provides wheelchair access to all areas of the property except the dining room which is accessed via 4 steps however a handrail is present, ensuring all guests can move comfortably throughout the house.
