The cottage features a dedicated wet room, making it suitable for guests with mobility needs. Inside, the welcoming atmosphere is enhanced by two spacious bedrooms: a double room and a room with three single beds. The open-plan living area includes two 3-seater sofas and a separate armchair, perfect for relaxation, while the dining table offers free-standing seating for mealtime comfort.

The accessible kitchen is thoughtfully designed, with a low-height oven and amenities that can be easily reached from a seated position. While most of the kitchen is accessible, some cupboards are not reachable from a seated position, providing flexibility for those with different mobility needs.

For added convenience, the bathroom is fully accessible, with a wheel-in shower, a wheel-under wash basin, and a toilet with transfer space. Handrails are provided within the shower and beside the toilet for additional support.

Outside, guests will find level access to the property, accessible pathways around the grounds, and a level patio area with bench seating, offering a perfect spot to enjoy the countryside views. The cottage is surrounded by a wooden play area situated on a grass base, making it ideal for families with children.
