The primary responsibility of a Disability Destinations affiliate is to convert potential property owners to listings.

- Standard: owner pays £60 you earn up to £45.

Responsibilities:
Promotion: Disability Destinations affiliates actively promote Disability Destinations’ as a platform for holiday property owners to advertise their accessible holiday properties worldwide to their audience and network. This promotion can take place through several means, including word of mouth, social media, and their own website or blog.
Offer Promotion: Affiliates are encouraged to highlight the benefits available to owners’ that would encourage them to list on Disability Destinations. Such as an owner’s dashboard allowing full control of listing items, a dedicated audience already looking for accessible holiday accommodation.
Overall, Disability Destinations’ affiliates play a crucial role in expanding the reach of Disability Destinations and increasing the number of listings we host on the platform. Affiliates leverage their marketing skills and channels to spread the word about the benefits of Disability Destinations, ultimately helping the organisation grow its owner base and revenue. In return, affiliates earn commissions or rewards based on the sales and conversions they generate, making it a mutually beneficial partnership.
What Do Owners Get For Their Money?
1: Premium Listing – Example Listing
- Image Gallery: Up to 20 images for their listing.
- Property Map: Display the location of their property on an integrated Google map, allowing people to quickly gain direction and travel time.
- Property Description: Using an SEO efficient format, we will create a property listing up to 750 words, highlighting the main features of their property.
- Information Sections: Our Accessibility and Amenities section allows guests to display all property features in a clear-to-view format.
- Reviews: Allow guests to leave reviews on our website, highlighting their property.
- Property Tour: Do they have a property video or Virtual tour they would like to display we can add a dedicated section to the listing. ( video and virtual tour must be provided by them or 3rd party hired by them)
- Availability Calendar: Add an availability calendar to the listing, making it easier for guests to display the availability and book the property.
(The booking calendars are based on Iframe displays and uses their current booking calendar, removing the need for manual synchronisation) - Insights: Would they like to know how their property is performing on our website? Use our owner’s dashboard to find out how many views they are getting and more.
- Owners Dashboard: Our owners dashboard allows you to quickly view invoices, update any information within the listing from new images to property features and all of it sorted with the click of a button.
Price: £10 per month ( £5 per month per property for listings of 3+ properties )
2. Standard Listing – Example Listing

- Property Description: Using an SEO efficient format, we will create a property listing up to 500 words, highlighting the main features of your property.
- Information Sections: Our Accessibility and Amenities section allows them to display all property features in a clear-to-view format.
- Reviews: Allow guests to leave reviews on our website, highlighting their property.
Price: £5 per month ( £3 per month per property for listings of 3+ properties )
Creatives
Referral URLs: Disability Destinations can provide affiliates with unique referral URLs that they can use in their promotional materials. These referral URLs help track the traffic and sales generated by each affiliate, ensuring that they receive proper credit and compensation for their marketing efforts.
Marketing Creatives: Disability Destinations provides a range of marketing creatives to affiliates. These creatives may include banners, graphics, promotional text, and other materials that affiliates can use in their marketing efforts. These materials are designed to make it easier for affiliates to effectively communicate the value of Disability Destinations’ platform to potential owners.
Affiliate Creativity: In addition to the provided marketing materials, Disability Destinations allows affiliates to create their own promotional content. This flexibility allows affiliates to tailor their marketing efforts to their specific audience and style, while still ensuring that their efforts are accurately tracked for commission purposes. Affiliate content must be relevant to the information that is being marketed and must not include any of the following:
- Adult content
- Alcohol
- Copyrights
- Gambling and games
- Healthcare and medicines
- Political content
- Financial services
Anybody found to be using any of the above categories will be removed from the affiliate program, and any outstanding payments will be withheld from the affiliate.
Payments
Affiliates will be paid on the last working day of every month
Affiliates will earn up to 75% commission on all owner conversions.
Commission:
30% on each conversion up to the first 10 signups
50% on signups 11–20
75% on every signup after your 20th
The more you refer, the more you earn.
