From the sitting room, expansive windows overlook a well-kept lawn, where children can play while parents enjoy the terrace. The garden, surrounded by shrubbery, offers stunning views of the Hambleton Hills and rolling countryside, making it a peaceful and private retreat. There is a small step to access the conservatory.
East Lodge is equipped with modern amenities, including geothermal underfloor heating for added comfort. The well-appointed kitchen features an electric range cooker, electric hob, combination oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and an additional under-counter fridge. The property is also a short 10-minute drive from the A1, offering easy access to nearby towns such as Darlington, Ripon, Harrogate, and Leeds, all within an hour’s drive.
