In the kitchen, guests will find a low-height oven and accessible amenities that can be reached from a seated position, though some cupboards may be out of reach. The layout ensures that essential tasks can still be comfortably managed.

There are two accessible bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features a double non-profiling bed, with ample space beside and at the foot of the bed for easy wheelchair access. This room also includes an ensuite W/C for added convenience. Bedroom 2 offers twin non-profiling beds, with enough space beside the beds for guests to move freely.

The fully accessible wet room is equipped with a step-free shower and a handheld shower attachment. A shower seat, lever-style taps at the wash basin, and handrails next to the toilet and within the shower area provide additional safety and support. There is transfer space to the side of the toilet to ensure ease of use for wheelchair users.

Outside, the property offers level parking near the caravan and a level decking area for guests to enjoy. The holiday park itself features wheelchair-accessible pathways, allowing smooth movement throughout the site.
